  • What is the difference between the jade and rose quartz rollers?
Mainly it's about intrinsic differences. For example, in the realm of crystal healing, Jade is associated with protecting against negative energy and balancing your chi (or qi), your body’s energetic life force. According to Chinese medicine, any number of physical and mental symptoms from anxiety to fatigue to actual pain can indicate that your qi is out of whack. According to ancient oriental medical wisdom, Jade heals stressed organs, discharges toxins, helps relax the nervous system and slows down cell aging. It is believed that Jade strengthens the body’s natural healing powers that can help balance your own inner energies and bring about a sense of harmony and balance. On the other hand ancient Egyptians believed that Rose Quartz crystals had anti-aging properties. They are also commonly known for their powerful vibrations to heal the heart from sentiments of lost love, anger, worries, resentment and jealousy. Rose Quartz is believed to also lower stress, raise self-esteem, restore peace, confidence and balance emotions. It is known as the stone of unconditional love. Rose Quartz may be used to sooth burns and reduce blistering if rubbed lightly with a polished stone or used as an elixir. It may also be beneficial in diminishing the appearance of unsightly scars. Use as an elixir to clear the skin, reduce wrinkles and promote a soft complexion. This stone is used to clear fluids in the cells of the body and promote the release of impurities. In terms of physical difference, Rose Quartz Roller seems to maintain the coolness sensation a little longer than the Jade Roller. But this quality doesn’t appear to contribute to a visible difference in how skin looks and feels.
